Sweep sand in the cracks and use roller compacter to bring sand all the way to the bottom of the paver and fill all void space to secure all paver joints

What is your warranty?
All materials/plumbing used to build the pond have a manufacturer warranty for you to keep once the build is complete.
What forms of payment do you accept & how does it work?
Cash, Check, Zelle, or Credit Card, You pay 30% deposit to schedule the project, 20% day 1, 30% halfway and 20% upon project completion.
What happens with my sprinklers?
Sprinklers within the worksite will be capped. We cannot always see sprinkler lines and sometimes they are found while excavating.
Who will call Julie?
We will call Julie to have all underground utilities marked.
What happens with my dog fence or low voltage outdoor lighting?
You are in charge of having that marked with paint or flags prior to the installation.
How do I maintain my pond once it has been installed?
We can schedule a spring cleanout and fall shutdown with netting to block leaves falling into the pond. You can also choose to opt into our monthly maintenance plan.
